Nominaciones a los Emmy 2012

Ya se han dado a conocer las nominaciones a los premios Emmy 2012, y que si bien celebra su gala el próximo 23 de Septiembre, podría convertirse además en la noche de la comedia, viendo lo bien que le ha ido entre las candidaturas a la serie de ABC, Modern Family.

La serie lidera la lista de nominaciones entre las comedias con un total de 14 nominaciones, aunque lo cierto es que no es la más nominada teniendo en cuenta que American Horror Story (cómo miniserie ) y Mad Men se llevan 17 nominaciones cada una de ellas. Además Downton Abbey (que opta como serie) y la tv movie Hatfields & McCoys, se llevan 16.

Otro dato destacado es el actor Michael J. Fox que opta a un Emmy como «Mejor invitado de comedia» por Curb Your enthusiasm, y a la vez opta al de «Mejor invitado de drama» por su papel en The Good Wife. Además la actriz Kathryn Joosten, ha sido nominada por Mujeres Desesperadas aunque falleció hace un mes.

Por otro lado Jon Cryer de Dos hombres y medio ha sido nominado a Mejor Actor de comedia, ahora que Charlie Sheen ya no está en la serie, mientras que de nuevo Sons of Anarchy es una de las grandes olvidadas (junto a otras como Smash , con sólo una nominación a Uma Thurman, o Glee y que parece haber cedido su puesto a nuevas comedias nominadas, cómo es el caso de Veep o Girls).
